No extra guests 2. CASH is my preferred method of payment. If you use cash app there’s a $3 fee. 3. I only work on top of my work, if you come with anybody else’s work, I will charge a hefty fee to get them off. ($4 per nail) 4. When dropping someone off or being dropped off, you must have your ride back in time for pick up. I won’t sit with you after your service is done. You’ll pop have to wait outside LATENESS/CANCELLATIONS 1. PLEASE contact me if you’re running late. I should be informed right at or before your appointment time. It’s common courtesy. 2. $10 late fees are charged after 5 minutes of being late. (((You more than likely will have to get a simpler set to prevent me from being late for my next client))) 3. There is a 10 MINUTE grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be canceled. If I don’t see you walking up to my back door, 10 mins after your scheduled time I will shoot a text immediately that your appointment is canceled. 4. If I have to cancel your appointment bc you’re too late you’ll have to pay a $15 inconvenience fee before you’re able to book again 5. If you need to cancel at anytime, do so on my site and I will let you know when you can rebook. You can get back in within the same week, the next week, or 3 weeks out. It just depends on how tight my schedule is AND on how much of an inconvenience it is. 6. you can cancel at any time with no problem BUT you will be penalized for cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment and it will result in a $20 that will need to be paid before you’re able to book again 7. There’s an automatic $30 fee for NO CALL NO SHOWS and has to be paid before you’re able to book again
